Mother's Day

My Mother's Day started with the smell of breakfast wafting from the kitchen. Scott and the kids made me a delicious breakfast of french toast with strawberries. Except for the fact that the recipe Scott found called for salt it was super. Church was great as I got the day off from primary and got to attend Relief Society.

On Mother's Day I like to have both of my mom's come over for dinner. That way we can see both of them without the juggling. With five kids of my own I try to keep the juggling down to a minimum. My mother-in-law made it a whole lot easier for me by making the main dish. She is lovely. We had a great dinner together and even got to enjoy a play put on by my kidlets. We also gathered around my computer and called Adam and Danielle in Wisconsin. It was a perfect mothers day. It didn't hurt that Scott and the kids got me an ipod touch. I am spoiled.
